Day 1 - Prosopagnosia (Face Blindness)

❓ What Is It ❓ 

It is a neurological condition that affects someone's ability to recognise faces. This can vary from mild difficulty recognising familiar faces to an inability to recognise their own reflection

❓How can this feel ❓

This can lead to misunderstandings, a reliance on voice or clothing, feeling awkward and anxiety in social situations and challenges in forming and maintaining relationships

❓ What's the big deal❓ 

Imagine staring in a new job and you meet your boss on day 1. How would you feel worrying you may not recognise them on day 2, or day 3, or day 14? People with Prosopagnosia feel they can be misunderstood as being rude and fear misidentification
